Editor's Review of Devon Waters

This young woman is plagued and amused that most people in this world are jackasses. She has enough character and wit to find some of them endearing. It's the counterfeit brand of jackass that she seems to have no tolerance for. Through her straightfoward and sometimes irreverant narrative, she makes a careful study of both.

Her words are suprisingly perspicuous.....combining elements of realism, reason and street with jaunty and sophisticated poeticism. With every insoucient observation she throws your way, there underlies a deeply sensitive and painfully conscious tone. This is a brilliant juxtosposition that is both refreshing and inspiring.
